Our team

Expertise gained from major naval programs, serving the maritime sector of today.

ANEMO relies on a team of engineers with complementary backgrounds, bringing together expertise in naval architecture, hydrodynamics, project management, maritime expertise and technical supervision.

Drawing on experience gained from highly demanding naval programs, the team is now transferring this culture of rigor, performance and mastery of complex systems to civil maritime projects.

From defining the need to designing, transforming and operating ships, ANEMO supports shipowners, manufacturers, communities and shipyards with a comprehensive and pragmatic approach.

Pierre Marie GUILLOUET

Co-founder and Co-manager

Naval architecture, hydrodynamics and performance

A graduate of École Centrale de Nantes, Pierre-Marie is an engineer and naval architect. With over twenty years of experience in naval engineering, he has developed particular expertise in ship architecture, hydrodynamics and performance optimization.

His career has been built on major naval defense programs, through design activities, hydrodynamic studies in towing tanks, sea trials, shape optimization and equipment development for submarines.

Within ANEMO, he is involved in naval architecture studies, concept definition, performance analysis and technical support for projects, seeking a balance between operational requirements, performance and implementation constraints.

A passionate sailor, he alternates sailing in the Lorient harbor aboard his sailing-rowing dinghy and family cruises on his Chatam 30.

Benoit DELETRE

Co-founder

Technical supervision and project consistency

A graduate of Arts et Métiers ParisTech, Benoît is a general engineer and holds a master's degree in mechanics from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, with a specialization in preliminary helicopter design.

His background in military naval architecture, on projects ranging from patrol boats to destroyers, has allowed him to develop strong expertise in the upstream phases, the definition of concepts and the design of complex systems.

At ANEMO, he provides technical supervision of projects and helps ensure the consistency of architectural choices, studies conducted, and proposed solutions. His comprehensive understanding of complex systems is an essential asset during the design and decision-making phases.

Curious and passionate, he explores different fields in his workshop, from electronics to digital manufacturing, while also dedicating time to boat restoration and the practice of dinghy sailing.
